Practical conversations around identity, communication, integrity, conflict, taking initiative, and leading without a title. Skills you can carry into your relationships, career, church, and beyond.
Spiritual Growth
Who am I becoming?
Leadership isn't only about what you can do. It's about who you're becoming. Ambassadors participate in XM's spiritual formation experience, growing in maturity in Christ and learning to live out faith in everyday life.
Ambassador Huddles
Twice a month, we build together.
Meet with the XM VSU Student President to plan and partner in community and outreach: create student experiences, develop outreach ideas, welcome students, and take ownership of meaningful responsibilities.

L.E.A.D. is designed to challenge you without overwhelming you. We're not looking for perfection, just students who are consistent, teachable, communicative, and willing to grow.
